Booked an appointment for haircut and blow dry, got the stylist name from Google reviews. The stylist insisted that she could not finish the cut until she did the blow dry and straightened the hair using flat iron. I said that I dont like to do flat iron as it makes my hair stiff straight. She said that she must do it to finish the cut as my hair is wavy!!! Ive never heard anything like that in my life, I cut my wavy hair dozens of times before and it was always wash, cut and blow dry in that order!!! The result was exactly as I had expected; stiff straight hair with no shape or volume. She then sprayed some water on the front part and blew-dried and offered to wet it all and blow dry again, but I refused as I didnt want to walk away with burned hair.As for the free parking, they have 2 designated slots in the building garage but the staff dont actually know where they are, so just park outside and pay the RTA fee or good luck finding the free parking.Giving them 2 stars for cleanliness and friendly staff who offered me 20% discount as a first time Customer. However, the service is not up to expectations and not worth the price even with the discount.

The ladies in the salon have been amazing both in welcoming me and in the job. I had quite a complex process because I had jet black hair and wanted it silver. Most other salons would refuse this request because it aint easy to do but Maris, my colorist was so good and experienced in the field, we achieved what we wanted. Would definitely come back.

I love how warm and friendly the receptionists are as soon as you walk in the door. They are always on time for appointments. I can whatsapp them and they can always try to fit me in for the time I want. The manicures and pedicures are great. They do nail art great. I was also impressed with their massage and facial which was on offer. They also give me discount for being a teacher! Definitely recommend 👌

Since living in Dubai, I have always wanted to find a high end nail salon. I have tried other salons before but the finish of the nails as well as the quality and amount of time that they last does not compare to Mimosa! In particular, Welma is amazing and takes so much time and care over your nails and always does exactly what you ask for. I wouldnt go anywhere else in Dubai- definitely the best!

I am using the services in Mimosa since the day they opened. All the employees are professional, on time and very polite. The saloon is clean and has really nice, relaxing atmosphere. Also, they try their best to accommodate the booking, according to your wish. I would recommend nail services, pedicure, and special praise for ladies who are doing massage and for ladies doing waxing & eyebrows threading. Back massage helped me a lot with my back problems, I could see the progress even after one session. All in all, great experience. Amazing team ❤️ Thank You for everything!

Went to the salon with my mom to treat us on my birthday. Adi masseuse did an amazing job. Very professional and attentive. Would definitely recommend her to my friends. We didn’t have appointments but the hair stylists agreed to take us when she was free in between appointments so we could both look beautiful for the evening. Overall, very nice experience and would be going there again.

I got massage from an Indonesia girl. She was very sweet and nice. Massage was good. Especially after head massage my vision got more clearer than before.Normally people know about this place for nails and hair treatment. But they also have very cozy and clean massage room too.

My favourite place for Kismet mani. Unlike Gel, Kismet doesnt ruin your nails, its long lasting without the use the harmful UV light. My nails didnt chip after having it taken off like they normally did after gel. Truly recommend, the staff are very friendly and its a tranquil, quiet place. Love it!

My wife had booked appointment for hair color and highlights.The hair dresser came , Asked for black hair and brown highlights and she said not possible right away . I wish they had told this at time of booking and not waste our time . She went on about how she can color it black and I can buy extensions !! .I have naturally black hair , not the first time I have colored my hair . This girl did not even try to attempt to explain or try to reach what client wanted . Basically I never expected such a rated salon to have amateurs .Having gone to many salons in Barsha heights and none said this . The one that had appointment explained how balancing certain toner and color desired result can be achieved and they did the job even at lower rate . !!I can gladly share the results if Mimosa wants to get tutorial . I hope nobody else gets treated the way I was treated .

I visited mimosa lounge today as I needed a quick trim and wasn’t able to arrange one in the UK. I contacted mimosa who were very pleasant and offered me an appointment day of my choice and offered me a time slot which would coincide with my arrival in Dubai. I have always stuck with my hair dresser and would never let anyone else give me a chop, however the lady who gave me a haircut did a splendid job and by far was one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! Thank you very much!

Dad my gellish manicure done just now. Good selection of shades, clean space, nice ambience, parking available.Talking about the manicure itself - pretty good and clean job in Dubai style, nothing exceptional, but would recommend for someone who is looking for a traditional manicure/pedicure.If you are used to dry techniques tho: with the drilling machines, or looking for modern techniques of manicure, such as cuticle polishing, or gel polish application under cuticle your expectations wouldnt be probably met.

They are always friendly and accept my request on such short notice. I like their ambiance.

I’ve never had an experience in 23 years in dubai where my hair is totally looking healthy even after it was done the balayage color. Only in this saloon I can say I was satisfied and plus the well mannered staff. Not only the kind of high quality products they have used on me they knew also what kind of color suits me. I am happy that I’ve found this saloon and I totally would recommend this to all my friends here. I’ve found my hairdresser now and soon to try thier new cervices.

Lovely experience at Mimosa lounge, the staff are friendly and very experienced. I was unsure about getting the lash lift as I was clueless about the procedure and didnt know if it would work for me. The beautician there, called Marinel, explained everything and was realistic in her approach. She did not try to sell me the idea. I went for it and cannot be happier. Absolutely recommend visiting this salon - you won’t be disappointed! The staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly, very attentive and professional. My waxing therapist listened to what I wanted and made my eyebrows look beautiful again (after some disappointing experiences at other salons). The little forehead massage at the end was divine.
